How Squeenaud login works
Signing in to Squeenaud gives you access to your balance, the cashier, active promotions and the full game lobby. You can browse some parts of the site without an account, but real-money play, deposits and withdrawals all need you to be logged in. This page explains each step, from the first sign-in after registration to fixing the problems players run into most often.
Your login is your email address, or in some cases a username or phone number, plus the password you chose when you opened the account. If two-factor authentication is switched on, you will also enter a short code. The sign-in form is the same on a computer and on a phone, so the steps below work on both.
Keep your login details to yourself. Your account holds real money and personal documents, and the terms make you responsible for activity on it. Never let anyone else play on your account, and do not save your password on a shared computer. If you think someone else has your details, change the password straight away and tell support.
Squeenaud login step by step
Here is the standard way to sign in on a computer or in a mobile browser.
- Open the official Squeenaud site. Type the address yourself or use a bookmark you saved, rather than a link from an email or an advert.
- Press the login button in the top corner of the page.
- Enter the email address or username linked to your account.
- Type your password. Check that caps lock is off, as passwords are case sensitive.
- If two-factor authentication is on, enter the code from your authenticator app or text message.
- Press the button to sign in. Your balance appears at the top of the screen once you are in.
If the login button does nothing, refresh the page and try again. Pop-up blockers and strict privacy extensions sometimes stop the login window from opening. Allow the site in your browser settings, or try a private window to see whether an extension is the cause.
After you sign in, look at the last login information if it is shown in your account area. If you see a sign-in time or device you do not recognise, change your password and contact support. Checking this now and then takes seconds and catches problems early.
Staying signed in
Some browsers offer to keep you signed in. That is convenient on your own phone or laptop, and a poor idea on a shared or public device. Sessions also time out after a period of inactivity for your protection. If you are logged out mid-session, sign in again. Any game round in progress is normally settled according to the game rules, and the result shows in your history.
First-time registration before your Squeenaud login
You need an account before you can log in. Registration asks for an email address, a password, your full name, date of birth, residential address and phone number. Enter these exactly as they appear on your ID and a recent bill or bank statement, because they will be checked later. Choose AUD as your currency if the form gives you a choice.
When you submit the form, we send a confirmation link or code to your email or phone. Open it to activate the account. Until you do, the Squeenaud login may not work or may only give you limited access. If nothing arrives, look in spam and promotions folders, then ask support to resend it. Check that the address you typed has no spelling mistakes.
The first time you sign in, take a few minutes to set up your account properly. Add a deposit limit in the responsible gambling settings, look at the welcome offer on the Squeenaud bonus page before your first deposit, and upload your ID documents if the account area asks for them. Doing this early means fewer interruptions later. Our Squeenaud home page covers registration, deposits and the game lobby in more detail.
Account verification (KYC)
Like every regulated casino, we need to confirm who you are. This process is called KYC, short for know your customer. It protects you from fraud and identity theft, and it is a legal requirement linked to anti-money laundering rules. Verification is required before your first withdrawal and can also be requested at other times, for example after a large deposit.
The usual documents are a photo ID, such as a passport, driver licence or national ID card, and a proof of address issued in the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement. You may also be asked to show that a card or e-wallet belongs to you. For a card, a photo of the front with the middle digits covered is usually enough. The exact list is shown in your account area when we request it.
Good photos speed up checks. Place the document on a flat surface in good light, make sure all four corners are visible, avoid glare and do not crop or edit the image. Upload files through the account area rather than sending them by email where possible. Review can take from a few hours to a few days, depending on demand. You will get a message when it is done, or a note explaining what else we need.
Your documents are used only for verification and legal record keeping, as set out in the privacy policy on the site. Read that policy if you want to know how long files are stored and who can see them. If a document is rejected, the note usually says why: a blurred photo, an expired ID, an address that does not match your profile or a bill older than three months. Fix the issue and upload a new file. Sending the same image again will only lead to the same answer. If your name has changed, for example after marriage, include the document that links the old and new names so the reviewer can match them.
Password recovery
Forgotten passwords are the most common login issue, and they are quick to fix. On the sign-in form, press the link for a forgotten password. Enter the email address on your account, and we send a reset link. Open it, choose a new password and sign in with it. Reset links expire after a short time, so use the link soon after it arrives.
If the reset email does not come, check spam, then wait a few minutes before asking for another one. Asking for several links in a row can mean only the latest one works. If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact support. They will ask you to confirm your identity before they change any details, which can take a little longer.
Choose a new password that is long and unique. A phrase of several unrelated words is easier to remember than a short mix of symbols and harder to guess. Do not reuse a password from another site. If another service you use is ever breached, criminals try the same email and password on other sites, including casinos. A password manager makes unique passwords easy to keep.
Two-factor authentication and account security
Two-factor authentication adds a second step to your Squeenaud login. After your password, you enter a code from an authenticator app or a text message. Even if someone learns your password, they cannot sign in without that code. If the security settings in your account offer this feature, we recommend turning it on.
To set it up, open the security section of your account and follow the prompts. With an authenticator app, you scan a QR code and then enter the six-digit code it shows. Save any backup codes in a safe place, away from your phone. If you change phones, move your authenticator to the new device before you wipe the old one, or you may lock yourself out.
Watch out for phishing. Fake emails and messages sometimes copy casino branding and ask you to log in through a link. Squeenaud staff will never ask for your password or your two-factor code. Before typing your details, check the address bar shows the official site and the padlock icon. When in doubt, close the message and open the site from your own bookmark.
Common Squeenaud login problems and fixes
Most sign-in issues have a simple fix. Start with the basics: check your internet connection, make sure caps lock is off and that you are using the email address you registered with. Clear your browser cache and cookies for the site, or try another browser. If the page loads slowly or partly, a VPN or ad blocker may be interfering.
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Wrong password message | Check caps lock and keyboard language, then use the forgotten password link |
| Account locked after several attempts | Wait for the lock to expire or contact support to unlock it |
| Confirmation email never arrived | Check spam folders and ask support to resend the link |
| Two-factor code rejected | Check the time on your phone is set automatically, then try a fresh code |
| Site will not load | Clear cache, disable extensions, try another browser or network |
| Account shows as restricted | Read the message in your account and contact support for details |
Too many failed attempts can lock the account for a short while. This protects you if someone is guessing your password. Wait the stated time, or ask support to unlock it after confirming your identity. If your account has been suspended because of a self-exclusion or time-out you set, it will stay closed until that period ends. That is how the tool is meant to work.
When you contact support about a login problem, tell them the email on the account, the exact error message, the device and browser you are using and when the problem started. A screenshot helps. Never send your password, even to support. They do not need it to help you.
Logging in on mobile
The Squeenaud login works the same way in a mobile browser. Open the site in Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone, tap the login button and enter your details. Your phone may offer to save the password. That is fine on a personal device with a screen lock, and you can use fingerprint or face unlock to fill it in.
To reach the site faster, add it to your home screen. In Chrome, open the menu and choose the option to add to home screen. In Safari, tap the share icon and choose add to home screen. The shortcut opens the site in your browser, so it stays up to date. Our Squeenaud app page explains mobile play in more detail, including how to check for an official app before you install anything.
If the mobile login fails while it works on a computer, the cause is usually the browser. Update it to the latest version, clear its cache, or switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi. Low battery modes and data savers can also block parts of the page. When you finish playing on your phone, sign out, especially if anyone else ever uses it.
